Wemhöner presents a compact, high-precision solution for panel bevelling, designed to optimize process quality, reduce waste and improve efficiency in industrial production lines.
With the Master Chamfer, Wemhöner has developed a compact, fully CNC-controlled system for precise chamfering of panel edges. The machine generates a clean 45° bevel on all four sides, both top and bottom, and can be integrated into new or existing production lines. With a machine length of approximately 1.75 m and production speeds of up to 120 m/min, the Master Chamfer enables efficient in-line processing. Precise chamfering reduces chipping and dust in downstream processes, while protecting conveying systems and machine components. As a result, the Master Chamfer not only improves process quality, but also increases safety and efficiency in industrial panel production.
