Sustainable transition | FAIMA launched the first Institute of Wood Construction in Argentina
In a strategic decision to reactivate the forestry industry, the future of sustainable architecture and the development of the bioeconomy in the country, the Argentine Federation of the Wood and Related Industries (FAIMA) made official the creation of the Institute of Wood Construction (ICM). It is the first organization of its kind in Argentina, specifically designed to position the forest resource as a competitive, cutting-edge and carbon-neutral material in the face of the global challenges of mitigating the extreme effects of climate change.
