It is the NANOGRANO carbide. The use of carbide nanoparticles allows obtaining a free material porosity, extremely hard and compact which gives to these saws an excellent cut finishing, higher wear resistance and a longer life, 40% more than the best known microgram sheets. Its performance is comparable with any Polycrystalline diamond saw but with prices of Widia tools. The hot rolled steel allows obtaining a homogeneous material with an unreachable structural uniformity with cold the methods used by other manufacturers. Hard chrome coating that, hardens the tool surface protecting of the high aggressiveness of the material to be cut such as chipboard, MDF, laminates, foil, etc.
