The use of carbide nanoparticles allows obtaining a free material porosity, extremely hard and compact which gives to these saws an excellent cut finishing, higher wear resistance and a longer life, 40% more than the best known microgram sheets. Its performance is comparable with any Polycrystalline diamond saw but with prices of Widia tools. The hot rolled steel allows obtaining a homogeneous material with an unreachable structural uniformity with cold the methods used by other manufacturers.
